Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Miss Kay's is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want the same thing online that we want at the kitchen table — for everybody to be welcome and able to get what they came for.

Conformance status

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

We test our site with automated accessibility tooling and correct the issues we find. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time project, and we review our site as we add new pages and features.

Measures we take

  • Testing our storefront against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Supporting keyboard navigation, including visible focus indicators
  • Using semantic markup and accessible names so screen readers can interpret our pages
  • Re-checking accessibility when we release new site features

Known limitations

Some parts of our site rely on third-party services — such as our checkout, payment providers, and embedded content. We do not control the code these providers ship, but we choose partners who publish their own accessibility commitments, and we report problems to them when we find them.

Tell us about a problem

If you run into a barrier on our site, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. We take this seriously and we will work with you to get you what you need.

Email us at info@misskays.com and include the page address and a short description of the trouble you had. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Feedback helps

If something on this site kept you from ordering, we want to know. Your feedback tells us where to fix things first.
