Cancellation policy

Here’s how cancelling your Join the Family subscription works.

• Cancel anytime from your account at misskays.com/pages/my-subscription, or email info@misskays.com. No fees, no phone calls.
• Cancel before your next order is processed and you won’t be charged for it. An order already processed for shipment can’t be cancelled.
• You can also skip an order or pause instead. Every pause has an end date. When it ends, your subscription starts again on its own.
• We email you a few days before each order, so you always have time to change it.
