Products, Pricing, And Availability
We do our best to describe our products and display prices accurately. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product and refund you in full.
Orders And Payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any taxes and shipping.
Join The Family Subscriptions
If you sign up for a Join the Family subscription, you agree to the following:
- Recurring orders. We’ll automatically prepare and ship your selected product on the delivery schedule you choose (for example, every 4 or 6 weeks).
- Recurring billing. You authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price (including any applicable taxes) before each shipment, until you cancel.
- Skip, pause, or cancel anytime. You can change your delivery date, skip an order, pause, or cancel from your account — no fees, no phone calls. Changes take effect for orders that haven’t yet been processed, so please make changes before your next scheduled order.
- Price changes. If your subscription price changes, we’ll let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue.

Food, Allergens, And Your Health
Our products contain beef and are made in a facility that handles food. Always read the product label for ingredients and nutrition. Acceptable Use
